Our positive impact wool slippers are hand crafted in Patagonia through a coop systemof ethicalproduction. There is no factory so each pair is made “slow” with care andpride by independent artisan women doing what they know & love – knitting.
The slippers are crafted with locally sourced renewable materials including raw sheep wool, and a variety of responsibly tanned leathers including up-cycled salmon leather rescued from local farms.
Chilote Shoes are Climate+Positive and B Corp. certified meaning that they are not just warm, beautiful and comfortable but probably the smartest slippers you will ever wear. The purchase of each pair directly empowers communities to maintain their unique craft and culture in Patagonia.
