Returns & Exchanges
Chilote Shoes products are returnable and exchangeable within 21 days of purchase. All items returned must be in like-new condition and include the original Repair Kit and packaging. Please keep this in mind when testing the fit: try them indoors on a clean surface. Items shipped back to us that are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for refund.
Exchanging:
For a quick exchange due to size & fit, simply place a new order for the right size, and we’ll issue a full refund (product + shipping) upon receipt of the original order (please see our regional shipping addresses below).
Returns & Refunds:
The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. When we approve and issue a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
Damaged item:
Our products are 100% hand-made and thus natural variations due to the artisan's unique craft style are normal. In the rare case that an item is defective, once we receive the item back, we will exchange it free of charge and or refund the buyer including all shipping costs. (please see our regional shipping addresses below).
